-2- 1. The complaint should be filed on an affidavit i.e. on stamp paper of Rs.100/- with 4 extra copies. (Add extra copies each, if Advocates are more than one). The Affidavit should be duly sworn before a person Notary or Magistrate who is authorized to administer oaths under the Indian Oaths Act. 2. A fee of Rs.700/- + Rs.400/- towards postage is required to be paid in cash or demand draft.(Total Rs.1100/-) Demand Draft should be drawn in favour of Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. 3.
